This issue is extremely annoying, as in my control panel as well as many others, we cannot see anything but the “3D Settings” section of our control panels.
I need to be able to see my “Adjust Desktop Size And Position” options to adjust scaling settings for games that are run on the card, but that option does not show up. Prior to this upgrade to Windows 10 I was definitely able to adjust my scaling through the “Adjust Desktop Size And Position” and now the options simply aren’t there.

In the control panel display option mentioned previously I was able to make all these changes. The drop down menu under Display listed such items as Icons, title bars, menus, message boxes, palette titles, icons and tooltips.
It also allowed font size change and a selection of either bold or regular text. Any assistance would be appreciated. This thread is locked.
