I cannot place jpg, gif, png or tiff images — some of which I’ve created in Photoshop CC, or snagged randomly online for testing. Inserting any of them results in the same grey rectangle appearing in Signature Editor where the image should be,. The grey rectangle vanishes as soon as a cursor inserted in order to add text. Still, if the signature is saved, it will display the image in mail, though it’s totally unusable.

File dimension and aspect ratio are incorrect, placement is pure luck, text wrapping options are off-limits. My new workstation, with fresh Windows 10 Pro and Office , has been operational less than two weeks, yet the symptoms I’ve described are the same on this new machine.

I’ve run Office ‘s repair routine from Control Panel, confirmed my usewr ownership of the graphic file and its directory, tried placing the art in IMAP and POP accounts, pasting the art into the signature blank, and experimenting with Registry hacks that force Outlook to embed images — basically a workaround for balky online graphics. But I’ve found precious few troubleshooting ideas, no solutions, and no one else with this particular phenomenon, despite plenty of deep Googling.

Resolved my issue. Office future ready skills Help students learn the skills and applications that employers value most with Office Education. Exchange Online allowed us to be able to get all faculty, staff, and students on one system so we could easily exchange information, schedule meetings, and enhance collaboration.
