I need some help. We work and sell windows computers. But after the latest update, some things changed due to the factory reset.

We have some clients who return computers with an account and password on it. Now its asking to re install windows through the cloud or through a device. My question in is now: how can i do a factory reset on windows 10 without using the password of an account? And after the reset we want the account to be removed so the computer can be started as new.

We also don’t want to have the drivers removed. With a usb clean install the drivers will be removed and this is a lot lf work. I will post it there too thanks. But when I reinstall the drivers I get also an error with access denied. Will it be possible to reset the computer when knowing the password of the client? If the user has set a password, you cannot use the options in the WinRE without a password, there is no way to bypass the requirement for a password to reset the PC The only option is to clean install Windows 10 form a bootable USB, Windows 10 will automatically install most of the required drivers anyway after a clean install.
